Bank sync
One clear balance across every account
Connect your banks through Plaid and every new transaction imports itself. No more typing purchases in by hand.
No credit card required
Every account
Checking, savings and loans in one balance that's actually yours
What you own and what you owe net into a single number: $86,210.75 across your accounts, $15,920.30 in debt, and $70,290.45 that's really yours.
Bank connection
Connect your bank and stop typing
Link an account through Plaid and new transactions import on their own. Your login goes to your bank's own page, never to us. Automatic bank sync is a Pro feature; importing a CSV or adding transactions by hand stays free.
Most banks, both sides of the border
Checking, savings, and credit cards from thousands of banks and credit unions, across the US and Canada alike.
CSV import
Or bring a CSV, no bank connection required
Export from any bank, or from Mint, YNAB or Monarch, and map the columns yourself. WealthMode guesses the layout for you and shows a sample row exactly as it'll be imported, before anything is saved.
Import history
See every import
Imported the wrong file? Delete the batch and every transaction it brought in goes with it. The whole import is reversed in one step, with anything you've edited since flagged first.
Common questions
- Do I have to connect a bank to use WealthMode?
- No. Import a CSV from your bank or add transactions by hand, and every screen works the same either way. If your bank isn’t one Plaid supports, those are the paths you use, and a connection just saves you the typing.
- Can I bring in years of past transactions?
- Yes. Export your history as far back as your bank allows and import the CSVs, one file or several. You map the columns once, each file becomes its own batch, and the history is sorted in alongside everything else.
- Can I move over from Mint, YNAB or Monarch?
- Yes, for your transactions. Export them as CSV and the importer recognises all three layouts on its own, including YNAB’s separate outflow and inflow columns and Monarch’s original statement text. Categories, tags and notes come across with them. Your budget setup doesn’t transfer yet, so targets are the one thing you set up again.
- Is it safe to connect my bank?
- You enter your login on your bank’s own page through Plaid, never on ours. WealthMode only ever holds a read-only token, not your password, and it can’t move money. Stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
- Do my transactions update on their own?
- Yes. When your bank posts a new transaction, Plaid tells WealthMode and it imports automatically, so you’re not entering purchases by hand. It isn’t instant to the second, and you can trigger a refresh yourself whenever you want to check.
- Can I disconnect a bank and delete what it imported?
- Yes. Disconnecting stops the syncing, and you choose whether to keep the transactions already imported or delete them along with the connection.
