A budgeting app that doesn't make you budget its way.
Our story
We built WealthMode because the budgeting apps we liked best were built around one method: give every dollar a job, every month. That works well for some people. Plenty of others bounce off it and decide they're bad with money. They aren't. The method just didn't fit.
So we built the app around the opposite assumption. Budget every category or budget one. Set a limit for August and nothing after it. Let what's left over roll into next month, or start the cap fresh each month. That's a switch on the budget, not a philosophy you sign up for. You budget the way you prefer to, or if you don't care about budgeting at all and just want visibility of your finances, WealthMode solves that as well. Categorization and rules run in the background, so the app isn't something you have to maintain.
WealthMode is free to start and stays free for everything except automatic bank sync, which is $59 USD / $75 CAD a year when you want it.
What we commit to
No method required
Build a zero-based budget if that structure works for you. Set three category limits if it does not. Whether leftovers roll forward is a per-budget setting.
Start with nothing connected
Manual accounts and CSV import are free, so you can bring the history you already have. Automatic bank sync is the only paid part.
Nothing to learn first
Add an account, set one limit, and you're budgeting. The rest of the app waits until you want it.
Your data isn't the product
No ads and no data sales. Click tracking and session recording are switched off. Export everything to CSV whenever you want.
